Tasting Notes

Aroma (Nose): Raspberry & vanilla notes to start, earthy & mushroom notes in the finish. Flint, blackberry, cassis, leather. red ripe berries, along with a little blueberry note. A little chocolate and wet mushrooms, followed up by a vanila finish.. Palate: Tannins & dry finish on point. falls a little flat, a bit muted in the fore palate. Light But picks up towards the end with rich cacao, dark chocolate and good tannins. With an ok finish, but could be more rounded I feel.
